• Non-Delivery of Service: If the service or project has not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed timeline and Website Wala is at fault.
• Service Not as Described: If the service delivered does not match the agreed scope or description outlined in the contract or proposal.
• Error on Our Part: If there is a clear mistake made by Website Wala that affects the functionality or quality of the final deliverable.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind or decisions made by the client after the commencement of work.
• Delays caused by client inputs, approvals, or third-party involvement.
• Non-performance resulting from factors beyond Website Wala’s control (e.g., server issues, client hosting, third-party software).
• Partial project completion or services that have already been initiated or completed.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

• Provide your project ID, service description, and the reason for requesting the refund.
• All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date or from the date the issue occurred.

3. Review of Refund Requests

Upon receiving your refund request, we will:

• Review the details and assess whether the issue qualifies for a refund under our policy.
• Contact you to gather any additional information if necessary.
• Provide a response within 7 business days with our decision regarding the refund.

4. Refund Resolution

If your refund request is approved, we will:

• Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the scope of the work completed and the reasons for the refund.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain Registration Fees: Domain name purchases are non-refundable as they are processed through third-party registrars.
• Hosting Fees: Web hosting services are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable once initiated.
• Third-Party Software and Plugins: Any costs associated with third-party software or plugins purchased or integrated on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service or project, please contact us at support@websitewala.com as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Before Work Commences: If you cancel before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
• After Work Has Started: If you cancel after work has commenced, a partial refund will be granted based on the work completed, minus any costs incurred by Website Wala.

Website Wala reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
